Wouter De Raeve (b. 1982) is a Belgian artist based in Brussels. He holds a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and a master's degree in visual arts.

 

De Raeve investigates the role of the spatial practitioner within the force field of the actors involved in spatial development processes.

 

For each project he develops a specific methodology. This has resulted in publications, spatial installations, curatorial projects, drawings and films, among other things.
